Unlike the latter, „fjaka“ is a blissful condition of body and mind the whole humankind is searching for. In India, „fjaka“ is attained by decades of meditation and fasting. In Dalmatia, it's simply a gift from God.

Rainy weather combined with low air pressure. Every Dalmatian resident blames „južina“ for their bad mood and lack of concentration. Even the greatest workaholics are unable to think, let alone move, when „južina“ strikes.

The supporters' group of HNK Hajduk Split, the local football club.
Torcida is the oldest European football firm, founded days after the conclusion of 1950 World Cup in Brazil, hence the name.
